Westover

Lower Makefield Twp, Bucks County, PA

   

Westover is a residential subdivision of single family homes built primarily from the late 1940s through the 1960s. About one-third of Westover's homes are ranches. Median age is circa 1954. Median lot size is slightly less than 1/2 acre.

The development's name was derived by combining the first letters of the neighborhood's primary street names: "W E S T O V E R."

Some of the homes back to the historic Delaware Canal.

Westover is generally bounded by Black Rock Road, Yardley-Morrisville Road, Warwick Road, and the Delaware Canal.
