Yellowood is a limited-access, Levittown residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built circa 1955 by William Levitt.

Median lot size is approximately one-quarter of an acre. Interior living space ranges from approximately 1,000 to more than 1,700 sqft. with a median of approximately 1,250 sqft.

Having approximately 50 homes, Yellowood is the smallest of the 40 Levittown sections.

Access to the Yellowood neighborhood is from Mill Creek Road onto Yellowood Drive.
