Mill Creek Falls is a Levittown residential subdivision of approximately 400 detached, single family homes built circa 1955 by William Levitt. The homes are primarily Jubilee models.

Interior living space ranges from approximately 1,000 to more than 2,500 sqft. with a median of approximately 1,400 sqft. Median lot size is approximately 0.16 acre.

Entry is from Bristol-Oxford Valley Road onto Mill Drive. A rugby/baseball field is found at the northern entrance to the neighborhood (intersection of Mill Road and Bristol-Oxford Valley Road). Acres of open space buffer the western side of the development and invites strolling and "exploration" of the greenspace that separates Mill Road from Mill Creek and neighboring Plumbridge.
