Doylestown Crossing is a limited access, residential subdivision of approximately 100 detached, single family homes built by David Cutler from 1990–1995. Median age is circa 1994. Median lot size is 0.44 acres. Median interior living space is approximately 4,000 sqft. Most homes were offered as four bedroom, two and one-half baths; many with master suite den/sitting-rooms. Approximately 40% of the lots were offered as premium which included a walk-out basement. Some homes along Radcliffe Drive and Windsor Way back to open space that was dedicated to the township.
Access to the Doylestown Crossing neighborhood is from Wells Rd onto Versailles Circle or Radcliffe Drive.
Contiguous to Doylestown Crossing, is Cutler's Doylestown Lea, which, for all intents and purposes might be considered as Phase II of Doylestown Crossing.
