Doylestown Station is a residential subdivision of townhomes built by Pulte from 1998-2005. The first phase was approximately 140 townhomes, circa 1998.

Standard features of original models included 2-car garage and 9-ft first floor ceilings, 3-4 Bedroom, 2 1/2 baths, some with optional "Home Office." Some units have walk-out basements.

Bridgepoint Court and Cornerstone Court are the two later streets with homes built primarily circa 2004-2005.

Access to the Doylestown Station neighborhood is from New Britain Road onto Charter Oak Court.
